Sumatra Batak - Dry Hulled

This one flips the script on what you might expect from a Sumatran coffee. Instead of the usual wet-hulled process, it’s fully washed—think clean, classic, and dialed-in. Ripe cherries are pulped, fermented in water for up to a day, then washed and slow-dried in parchment. The result? A more stable green and a cup that’s smooth, sweet, and refined.

In the cup, you’ll get floral sweetness right off the bat, followed by layers of stone fruit and baking spice. It’s got a silky finish that makes it easy to come back to, sip after sip.

It’s still got that cozy Sumatran vibe—but with a fresh, more polished feel. Great black or over ice.
